What Is Covered
1-Year Genetic Health Coverage: We guarantee that your puppy is free from severe, life-threatening hereditary or genetic defects (including congenital heart conditions, severe spinal abnormalities, or fatal genetic disorders) for up to 1 full year from their birth date.
Initial Health Clearance: Prior to departure, every puppy receives a complete physical checkup, is current on all age-appropriate vaccinations, and is thoroughly dewormed. You will receive an official health portfolio signed by a licensed veterinarian.
Buyer Responsibilities & Care Standards
To keep this guarantee active and ensure your puppy’s seamless transition, we ask that you fulfill the following simple steps:
3-Day Veterinary Checkup: You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
Continuous Routine Care: You agree to maintain age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming schedules, heartworm preventatives, and proper nutrition as recommended by your veterinarian.
Resolution Protocol
In the unlikely event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a severe, life-threatening genetic condition within the first year:
Provide an official written diagnosis along with diagnostic lab results or imaging from your licensed veterinarian.
Upon verification, you may choose to receive a full replacement puppy of equal value from our next available litter, or apply your original purchase credit toward another puppy.
Note: As outlined in our general policies, if a puppy is certified by a veterinarian as sick or improperly maintained prior to your care, the puppy will be returned and shipped back to us at our expense for proper medical treatment
