1. Pre-Ownership Cancellation & Full Refund
We understand that personal plans and circumstances can change unexpectedly.
100% Full Refund: If you decide to cancel your adoption request or change your mind before taking official custody or ownership of your puppy, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
Notification: Because our puppies are 10 weeks old and ready for immediate transition into their forever homes, we ask that you notify us immediately of any cancellation so we can open the opportunity to another loving family on our waiting list.
2. Post-Arrival Health Return Policy
The long-term health and humane care of every puppy we raise is our highest priority.
Veterinary Certification: If a licensed veterinarian certifies upon initial examination that your puppy is sick, unwell, or has not been properly maintained health-wise prior to arrival, the puppy must be returned to our care immediately.
Return Shipping Covered: Under these specific medical circumstances, the puppy will be shipped back to our facility entirely at our own expense.
No Financial Refund on Returns: Please note that in the case of a health return, no financial refund is issued. Our immediate and sole focus turns to taking full responsibility for the puppy’s recovery, providing all necessary veterinary treatment, medical care, and proper rehabilitation.
