Our team will immediately review your submission. We will connect with you via phone or email to answer any questions you have, confirm the details, and officially approve your application.

3.Payment & Pickup or Delivery

Once approved, finalize your payment securely through our network. From there, we will coordinate your scheduled local pickup or arrange safe, comfortable delivery options to bring your puppy straight to your arms.

Pickup & Visit Guidelines

To ensure the safety, health, and routine of our puppies, we welcome family visits and scheduled pickups strictly on weekends and by appointment only. Because our puppies are 10 weeks old and actively adjusting to their daily socialization schedules, structuring our visits this way keeps their environment calm and secure. Once your application is officially approved, we will work with you to coordinate a specific Saturday or Sunday time slot. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly for your scheduled session so that we can give your family our full, undivided attention as you welcome your new Boston Terrier companion.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure a transparent process for our families. Because our puppies are already 10 weeks old and ready to transition into their new homes immediately, placing a hold on a puppy requires a firm commitment. If you need to cancel your adoption request after your application is approved and a hold is placed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reopen the opportunity to another waiting family. Please note that you have nothing to worry about as fees are  Fully-Refundable. All we ask is that, you inform us 48hrs prior.

Are the puppies ready to go home now?

Yes! Our current litters are 10 weeks old, meaning they have passed their critical developmental milestones and are fully ready to transition into their forever homes today.

How do I schedule a visit or pick up my puppy?

To maintain a calm, structured environment for our puppies, visits and pickups are scheduled strictly on weekends and by appointment only. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will send you a link to book a specific Saturday or Sunday time slot.

What is your policy if I change my mind after placing a hold?

Because our 10-week-old puppies are ready for immediate placement, holding fees are non-refundable. This ensures we can cover the cost of their continued veterinary care and premium accommodations while we look for a new waiting family.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you have a change of heart or your circumstances change before taking ownership of your puppy, we offer a full refund of any payments made. Because our puppies are 10 weeks old and ready for immediate placement, we simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can reopen the opportunity to another loving family on our waiting list.

What steps do you take to ensure the puppies are healthy?

Health is our absolute baseline. All parent dogs undergo strict genetic testing before breeding. Additionally, our puppies are raised in a pristine nursery, receive 24/7 veterinary oversight access, and come down to you up to date on their essential vaccinations and health portfolios.

How are the puppies socialized before they arrive?

We use an advanced neurological and sensory program. Our puppies play in custom interactive yards, experience early crate familiarization, and are exposed to real-world sound simulations (like vacuums and TVs) so they arrive confident and well-adjusted.

Do you offer delivery if I cannot pick up the puppy locally?

Yes. While we love meeting our network families on weekends, we can arrange safe, comfortable delivery options directly to you if you are unable to make the trip to us. Payment must be finalized prior to shipping or pickup.

Health Return Policy

The long-term health and well-being of our puppies is our highest priority. If a licensed veterinarian certifies that your puppy is sick or has not been properly maintained health-wise upon arrival, the puppy must be returned to our care immediately. In these specific circumstances, the puppy will be shipped back to us entirely at our own expense. Please note that under this return policy, the client does not receive a financial refund, as our immediate focus turns to providing the necessary medical care, veterinary treatment, and rehabilitation for the puppy’s recovery.
